Trick to dusting walls in new construction???

Does anyone know a trick to dusting walls in new construction?  If you use a damp cloth the walls will streak and look a mess.  If you wipe with a small cloth it will take forever.  Is there some product or tool I can use to cut down on the time for dusting the walls??

     Any advice is much appreciated!

use a dust mop with an extendable pole to reach the whole wall starting from the top and dusting down to the bottom.

I don't do new construction but wonder if a tack cloth would also be helpful?  I would use Theresa's suggestion (and have done that with residential) but wonder about the use of tack cloths.  Hmmmm....anyone?

Today's the day and first thing when I got up this morning, who's in my inbox?  The Cleaning Association offering advice and support!  Thanks so much.  I can't tell you how valuable this site has been to me while starting this business.

I went looking in stores for a good tool and found that they make larger sized wood floor cleaners with removable microfiber covers.  They are designed to apply finish to hardwood floors, but I think they'll be good for the walls because you can take the cover off and clean it when it gets too full of dust.

I'm trying those today ~ I'll let you know how they work out!
