Residential is definately easier to get started...Do you have the employees to handle both res. and commercial? Lot's more equipment and time involved in commercial .I have both....I enjoy them both..I hire out the commercial though...Hey you could go and under bid the competitors...cheap shot...if not done right...lol Have you got a package put together to leave with them? You could go by there every week for sure once a month...Hey do what I do...Brown nose them,wear a low cut blouse..short skirt and sell sell sell I mean smile smile smile....lol They want to be sought after ,won..I see prospective clients as a asset...Take them donuts,cookies...send them flowers(hey sure it costs but in the long run you will make money)...If they are a great account.....it will pay off....Give the girls in the office candy....It just takes one person to be sold...persistance....baby! It's the name of the game..lol
