Bid on a 3000 sq ft. office bldg

Just wondering what to bid on a 3000 sq ft. office bldg that needs to be cleaned once, or maybe twice wkly.  I would like to get into more commercial cleaning, but don't really know how to bid it.  Thanks.  Basic cleaning of tiles, carpet and bathroom.

That's a relatively small building. What do the other commercial cleaners in your area charge? It's best to price somewhere within the avarage range for your area.

for your area the price would be around $216 per month for 1 time per week, $370 per month for 2 times per week..

    Hi RJ!

How ya been? I've been pretty busy with the carpets. The realty co. I work for is busy trying to sell houses this summer and I cleaned several( along with the carpets) as people move out. It's a great service to add on. How 'bout you?

been a little busy, I been doing 7 days a week for the last month trying to catch things up. beside the regular Janitorial cleaning we been doing a lot of floors and carpets. right now I am just trying to slow down a bit, taking today and this weekend off and next july 4th weekend taking off to Canada. Yep carpets is an excellent add on. Hey Monica maybe you think about adding floor care also, like stripping and waxing kitchen floors.
