Reply Contact Ok, I have two 4 story buildings,totaling about 6000 SF Common Areas, they want sweep mop all stairwells 2 in each building,and balcony Catwalks once a week. 16 toilets and 16 Sinks,7 Showers and 2 conference rooms with Frigs, microwaves,sinks, chairs,tables, and sweep/mop and 4 Elevators,they want this done 3 times a week I have come up with $2800 and that includes all paper products and soaps. Does this sound about right? Oh the buildings were gutted and all new inside. Thanks for the Help.
