Hi All

We have a Parade of Homes that happens a few times a year and we were thinking of trying to get some of the builders to use us to clean their homes but I am kind of at a loss on how to approach the builders.  Would anyone be willing to help me with this?  The parade doesn't start until June and it has usually about 80 homes from many builders located in a 30 mile radius.   I have mailed out postcards to announce our company to the local builders (all 74 of them)  but that was about 2 months ago.  What is the best way to go now, cold calls or should I just drop by?  I just got the listing of all of the houses that will be involved in the parade along with the builders that are showcased in the parade.

I don't clean many post construction homes any more but when i did I usually just stopped by and introduced myself and gave them a business card and talked with them for a few minutes. I put bus. cards out at houses under construction when ever i saw them. In the door or somewhere they would see it when they came  back . I used to talk to local realtors alot. They know alot of the builders. Good Luck!
