    under pressure

Res. side of bus. going great - moving on to New Construction.
I called our builder of our home (we live in a subdiv. still under const. in some areas) because we dealt with him when our house was being built we knew him a little and I felt comfortable - and I asked him if he could tell me how they handled getting their cleaning co's. In short - they send out a packet with scopes and an application etc. Conversation went great and I told him the truth and that we were clueless / he sent us the pack and told me to let him know when we were ready. Surprise! One week later his sec. called wanting our info becuase they might need us. I feel like I am under pressure to figure out everything in a hurry or else lose his interest and that I do not want to do since they closed on almost 5000 homes last year! I do not expect for a second to be able to handle all of that at this point - or maybe ever!
Anyway - this is what I think I know - if I am way off someone please set me straight!
    * We need a price per sq. ft. to charge (I have no clue what that should be - how do I find out?)
    * We need a plan for builders who want rough and a final as well as a plan for builders who only want one time. (guess I find that out about them individually as I go)
    * Need to know what / how to charge for revisits or touch ups.
    * Need a list of supplies that differ from what we use in residential.
I know there is alot more than that - insurance etc. but I think we have all of that under control. I have all the confidence in the world that we are able to do the work - just thought I would have alot more time to research and make decisions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Kelli
So much to discuss. You can call me in the office, e-mail me first to set up a time to talk.
    Thanks Drew

    Hey Kelli
I waited for your call this morning at 9:00am.

Are we going to try again?

    Re: under pressure

Monday all day or Tue between 1:00 and 2:30 would be good for me.

Although, I might get an unexpected call from a contractor to look at plans or a project and have to leave the office for a little bit. You know how they are, everything at the last moment.

    So just keep trying.

    Thanks
