    Re: first bid

    Hi Pro Cleaning,

I am not the right person to give advice quoting commercial space, but I did want to warn you to make sure to count the # of sinks and garbage cans. I bid and won a 3,000 sq ft dental office and there are 21 sinks, and 30 garbage cans in this office. We spend a good chunk of time changing the trash and doing just sinks, so make sure to consider those two things in your bid. I think I bid too low for what we do in that office:)

     Good Luck!
