    Re: sales tax

We service several different cities. They require me to charge sales tax in every city which is different for each city. I have to charge frorm 8 to 9.25%. I have grown a lot over the past 3 years. I did do very well in gross sales this year, but I also have a lot of overhead. Payroll and payroll taxes, insurance  are a big expense for me. They don't take this into account, they just take the sales tax from the gross receipts.

I did go back and re-read that the audit was for 3 years.

I do hope that they take your offer of compromise.
