    New Construction Cleaning

I'm a new guy in the cleaning business in Mississippi. Currently we're doing move-in/move-out cleaning for a few apartment complexes, residential hosekeeping work and a couple of retail shops.

This week, I was called by a new home builder who said he was looking for someone to to his interior cleaning before the painters start painting (eliminate the dust) and then return later to do the finial cleaning before the house is put on the market or turned over to the owner and also to clean his windows.

Can anyone tell me how to bid for this. He was wanting a price per square foot and a price for windows. I'd be very appreciative for a voice of experience.

    Thanks, Randy

    Welcome Randy,
Go look under the post-construction and powerwashing section of this forum. Search through the posts. there's lots of info in there.

Hello Randy.....18 on the low end and .23 on the high this would include windows, but not include any extra visits after the final clean. When you do the final make sure all punch work is complete or they will mess it all up again.

I do believe Mississippi would be on the lower end like .18-.20
