    selling a new constrution business

Has anyone even tried or sold there business?
    If so,
What did you sell with it?
Did you include your contracts with builders?
What did you sell it for?
Did you have to notify all of your builders?
Did you have to train in the new Cleaners?

    Thanks,
    Miles

Usually everything, including all equipment, unless otherwise stated.
Did you include your contracts with builders?
That is mostly what you are actually selling.

I'm only assuming here, but would think there would be a face to face meeting(after the business was sold) with you, the builder, and the new owner.
Did you have to train in the new Cleaners?
Usually there is a transition period where the owner/management will stay on to make a smooth transition.

    Thanks,
    Miles
