    Rough and Final Clean

I am so happy to ge gettiing responding calls from previous inquiries. Need alittle help please. A construction company is requesting a quote from us for Rough and Final Clean. I am not exactly sure which way to bid. They are single unit homes from 1850 sq. ft. to 2600 sq.ft. consisting of the norm. We thought about .17 per sq. for rough and .15 for final. Does this sound good to you? Also when someone is requesting both rough and final the most work will be done during the initial (rough) clean, am I correct to assume this? Thanks

I am not to sure about the pricing.
but the most cleaning is during the rough, I
think thats why they call it the rough clean.
the final is the tough up.

for the pricing you could compare the sq.ft to your
hourly & exspence and see if it comes out right...

I have found that usually there is no "rough" clean. What they want is for you to go in and clean it completely. Then they go through their punch list, have inspectors in, mess some things up so that you have to do a touch up clean. That is usually only a few hours of work. I would clarify with the builder if that is what he means, I bet it is if they are putting up these homes quickly and wanting to get them on the market in a hurry.

A rough clean is rough, most expect you to provide Trash and Debris Hauling or a dumpster.
(So you will want to make sure you charge enough to cover that in the price.)
    Some may require small equipment.
    I clean "final cleans" only @ .17cents a sqft.
Which is not an easy job.
2400-3000 sqft home usually takes 12hrs.
