I can't help on price(never actually done a paying pressure washing job), but I can tell you that even the cheapest electric pressure washer can do decks. Wood is the easiest material by far to clean using pressure washing.

    Re: need help

We get $1.15 per sq ft to clean only and $2.25 per sq ft for full restoration.2600 psi is WAAAAYYYYY to much psi to use on wood. With the right chemicals and 800psi they will come super clean.
Does the deck have stain on it now or is it unsealed wood?Measuer every peice of wood you see,not just the floor boards. There is almost as much sq footage in hand rails, lattice and ballisters as theer is in the floor surface on most decks.

Just use a tip that isn't so narrow in it's spray pattern.
